The path to becoming an assassin is indeed a bloody one, and it won't be a simple flight of mind, as your name suggest it would (yes your name is Altaïr ibn La-Ahad, meaning the flying one, son of none in Arabic). This being a game about a brotherhood, a holy crusade and a secret cult (as much as assassin's can remain secret), you'll be plunged in a world of mysticism and mysteries. The action won't be absent though, as you'll be treated to some furious combat sessions, and even public brawls, which you'll have to avoid at all costs if you want your creed to remain secret.

In this beautiful but demanding game (for people who don't have the best of hardware), you'll be treated to long arcs in your missions (such as this one : an assignment to assassinate nine key figures across the Holy Land in Jerusalem, Acre, and Damascus, in order to attempt to bring peace between the Crusaders and Muslim forces) as well as breathtaking scenery, with medieval lands superbly recreated by Ubisoft's Montreal team.

Also, don't want to take any fun out of this brilliant third person stealth game, but don't miss the end, as you'll have a very nice surprise as you wake up. Oops already said too much, I guess I'll have to assassinate you after this then.
